Project management

Purpose

The project management module encompasses the planning, management, and coordination of the project in order to achieve the project outcomes and procedure objectives, as well as the execution of all necessary accompanying measures.

What has to be done

  1. Plan and manage the project and complete it with the required outcome according to the defined framework (deadlines and costs).
  2. Gain stakeholders for the project and inform them.
  3. Manage risks, overcome problems, and take lessons learned into account.
  4. Agree on and steer goods/services, manage change management and quality assurance.
