Purpose

The organization module supports the solution-specific structure or adaptation of the organization and its implementation or provides the organizational and specialist basis for the structure of the solution.

What has to be done

  1. Adapt or redesign, implement, and activate organization with business model, organizational and process structure.
  2. Continuously identify and analyze the interests of the stakeholders.
  3. Involve stakeholders in the solution development.
